Just good ol eggs on a cast iron pan :) I was cleaning the house while cooking these eggs, so I accidently cooked them a little too long for my liking. Eggs are eggs, anyways :D
27/08/2023 Pork and Cabbage over rice
A simple pork and cabbage soup inspired by this comic. I forgot to film the start of the cooking process as I had the idea on a whim! My next videos should show more of the process, but because it is set up on a tripod I will only film the cooking portion to not over-complicate the timelapses.
This recipe is special to me as when I first read the comic in 2015 it inspired my love of cooking and soups. I never had the option to cook my own meals as a teenager, but it stayed with me into my adulthood and has become a staple meal for me. It's fun, easily altered, delicious, filling and cheap!
